The proposed retention of the replacement UPVC windows and patio doors, by virtue of their inappropriate design, colour and material, fails to replicate or have regard to the original architectural features of this property. As such, the proposal will neither preserve nor enhance the character and appearance of this part of the Woolton Village Conservation Area, and therefore is contrary to paragraphs 128,131 and 132 of the NPPF and saved Policies HD8 and HD10 of the Liverpool UDP.
