Insufficient evidence has been provided to support the removal of this tree. LCC would require evidence/proof of elevated risk levels assocaited with this tree based on its age, condition and location, before its removal and replacement can be supported. Any proposal for removal would also need to be supported by a replanting proposal that looks to replace any removed tree with a tree of similar future stature in a similiar location.
