The 1 no. proposed advertisement hoarding by virtue of its size, elevated position, and siting within a residential area, is considered inappropriate. It would constitute an incongruous and overly prominent feature within the streetscene, which has long range visibility, therefore the proposal would be to the detriment of local visual amenity and contrary to Policy HD25 (Advertisements) of the Liverpool Unitary Development Plan.
