The proposed first floor extension at side by reason of its location, scale and proximity to the rear boundary of No. 32 Norseman Close, would, due to the substandard interface distance, create an overbearing impact on the rear windows and rear amenity space of that dwelling, to the detriment of visual and residential amenity and contrary to the guidance in SPGN1 (House Extensions), SPG10 (New Residential Development) and Policy H8 (House Extensions) of the Liverpool Unitary Development Plan.
