The proposed sun terrace area at first floor level would give rise to an unacceptable overlooking impact upon the rear garden areas of nos.5 and 7 Immingham Drive, as well as an overlooking impact upon the rear elevation of No.7 Immingham Drive, to the detriment of the residential amenity of the occupiers of this property, contrary to policy H8 of the adopted Liverpool Unitary Development Plan 2002.
