The proposed upvc windows of an inappropriate design within the front and rear elevations of this property would not preserve or enhance the character and appearance of Wavertree Garden Suburb Conservation Area and is therefore contrary to the provisions of the Listed Building and Conservation Areas Act 1990, National Planning Policy Framework, and to saved Policies HD10 (Alterations to Non-Listed Buildings in Conservation Areas) and HD18 (General Design Requirements) of the Liverpool Unitary Development Plan.
